Just over 4,000 contracts were signed during Second Quarter 2022. Manhattan had a strong quarter for contracts signed on a historical basis. However, sales did decline from last year's record high.

Inventory Remained at a Six-Year Low
Inventory hit 11,570 units, including listed and shadow inventory. This was the fourth consecutive quarter that real inventory was lower than the year prior, which hasn't happened since 2013.

2022 to See More Units Introduced than 2021
